This tight knit duo races every friday, without fail, in the Crate division. And if anything is wrong with the car, if they’re injured, if they aren’t feeling well…they will show up. For the Hill Bros, racing is just as much about the social time in the pits as it is time on the track in the seat of the car. They are a hilarious duo and part of the “have-nots” that struggle to compete each week with little resources. Their passion for the weekly racing ritual fuels them to do whatever it takes to stay in the race. As one of the poorer teams of drivers, the brothers can’t take the risks that the other teams with spare cars can take. They also don’t have a “crew”. They do, sort of, but not really. If someone decides to show up to help them, then they have a crew. But for the most part, these brothers lean on each other for everything. They spent their life savings to get cars onto the oval, so the 2019 season will depend on whether they can attract significant support from sponsors. Hopefully their reputation as good guys will land them a deal and they can take more risks this season. One thing is for certain, these brothers will be there every week supporting everyone in the pits, because that is just the kind of guys they are! Can they drive though? Sometimes they do pretty good, but the season proves to be a roller coaster for both these bros.
